On May 17, Consul General Naganuma met and exchanged opinions with San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg.
Mayor Nirenberg expressed appreciation for the contributions made by Japanese companies in the City of San Antonio. Consul General and Mayor Nirenberg agreed to further strengthen the economic relationship between Japan and San Antonio, as well as the long-standing sister city relationship between Kumamoto and San Antonio.
