Consul-General Fukushima visited Oklahoma City (October 1-3, 2018)

From October 1 to October 3, Mr. Hideo Fukushima, Consul-General of Japan in Houston, visited Oklahoma City, capital of the State of Oklahoma, in order to pay his courtesy calls on Hon. Mary Fallin, Governor of Oklahoma and other key officials.
During the meeting, CG Fukushima and Governor Fallin reaffirmed their commitment to joining hands in further strengthening Japan-Oklahoma relations. CG Fukushima also hosted a reception to celebrate re-establishment of Japan America Association in Oklahoma. Various people including strong local supporters for Japan US relationship, Japanese residents attended the reception and exchanged their views on how to further activate grassroots exchange between two countries in Oklahoma.
