On April 22nd, Consul-General Fukushima paid a courtesy call to the Honorable Joaquin Castro, who serves as the congressman for TX-20 (San Antonio) in the U.S. House of Representatives. Consul-General Fukushima offered words of gratitude to the congressman for his contributions in advancing the U.S.-Japan relationship.
