On August 20, 2018, Mr. Hideo Fukushima, Consul-General of Japan in Houston, paid a courtesy call on Hon. Mike Rawlings, Mayor of the City of Dallas, where the number of Japanese businesses has significantly increased in recent years. CG Fukushima and Mayor Rawlings reaffirmed their commitment to joining hands to further strengthen the Japan-Dallas relationship.
