Discussion with Austin Mayor Kirk Watson

On September 23, Consul General Naganuma visited Austin Mayor Kirk Watson and exchanged views on the activities of Japanese companies in Austin and efforts to promote Japanese food locally.  Consul General Naganuma and Mayor Watson agreed to work together to further develop economic relations between Japan and Austin, as well as the sister city relationship between Oita City and Austin.
