On September 23, Consul General Naganuma visited Tokyo Electron U.S. Holdings in Austin and received an overview of the company’s American operations from President Shirai. He also toured the equipment used at semiconductor manufacturing processes. Consul General Naganuma mentioned how highly Mayor Watson of Austin values Tokyo Electron’s contributions to the local economy.
