On February 3, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan presented the Foreign Minister's Commendation to Gary Nakamura, Executive Director of the Japanese American Citizens League, Houston Chapter, in recognition of his many years of service in promoting mutual understanding between Japan and the United States.
Consul General Naganuma congratulated Mr. Nakamura on his many years of service and expressed his hope that he would continue to play an active role as a bridge between Japan and the United States.
