Visit to Japanese Garden in Fort Worth Botanic Garden

On July 22, Consul-General Naganuma visited the Japanese Garden located within the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, accompanied by Mr. Harvey Yamagata, President of the Fort Worth Japanese Society. The garden’s rich history spans over 50 years, maintaining its beautiful landscape despite the sweltering Texas climate, thanks to the efforts of city officials and countless volunteers. The garden serves as a place of relaxation for the residents of Fort Worth. Additionally, the Japanese Festival is held there each spring and autumn.
